Exhibition on Hunan's creative cultural products opens in Madrid

An exhibition on Hunan's creative cultural products was unveiled at the Chinese Cultural Center in Madrid, the capital city of Spain, on Jan. 29, rednet.cn reports.

The exhibition, hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture, is part of a series of cultural exchange activities to showcase the unique cultural charm of the province.

On display are more than 100 creative cultural products designed with elements from the period of the Chu-Han Contention (206-202 BC), quotes of renowned historical celebrities in Hunan, famous local calligraphers and painters, Dong ethnic minority's brocade art, Hunan porcelain and Hunan Embroidery. 

The exhibition will run till February 6. 

An exhibition on more than 40 pieces of art works from seven well-known painters and calligraphers in Hunan will open in the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco on February 3 to offer a feast on Hunan's culture. It will last until February 15.
