Intelligent manufacturing summit held

The Second China (Changsha) Intelligent Manufacturing Summit kicked off at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center on December 4.

A series of forums will be held during the three-day summit. More than 5,000 participants, including officials, industrial leaders and experts, will gather in Changsha, capital of Hunan Province, to discuss the development ideas, trends and achievements of intelligent manufacturing.

Another highlight of the summit is the First Changsha International Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Expo.

The expo attracts more than 600 enterprises, including 53 leading businesses from home and abroad, such as SANY, Broad Group, Zoomlion, Chaint Robotics, China Electronics Corporation, IBM, Bosch and Caterpillar to display the latest achievements in global intelligent manufacturing. 

The 84,000-square-meter exhibition area is divided into seven sections to display intelligent equipment, intelligent technology and services, intelligent products, intelligent manufacturing projects and application of new models, intelligent engineering machinery and rail transit, and mining machinery.

The event is co-organized by China Electronics Corporation, Hunan Economic and Information Technology Commission and Changsha Municipal People's Government.
