The planned Sanxiang Bank was recently approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) to be set up in Changsha, capital city of central China's Hunan province.

As the eighth private bank approved by the CBRC and Hunan's first, the commercial bank will be opened by the Hunan-based enterprises including China's leading heavy-machinery manufacturer Sany.

The bank's planned registered capital is 3 billion yuan (US$450.3 million).
