Reason for Recommendation: "Wok" is the pronunciation of "pot" in Cantonese. "Dry wok" food means the dish is not very juicy and there is a little thick sauce in the bottom of the container. Chicken in "dry wok" tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Generally, there are some fresh vegetables lying under the chicken.
