Spring Roll, or Chun Juan, is a traditional local snack in Changsha with a history of nearly 1,000 years. The perfect spring roll has a thin, crispy shell holding a trove of textures and flavors. The fillings can be prepared in various ways to cater to different tastes. Ingredients usually include pork, onions, carrot, celery, shiitake mushrooms, napa cabbage and noodles.
